We offer FREE Shipping* on any order $99 or more before applicable taxes (GST/HST) to most destinations in Canada. *Does not include the following territories: NT, NU, or YT. Light and small items will be shipped via Lettermail (regular mail) in Canada only based on weight. Lettermail is the same price per weight for all provinces and territories. For residents in the territories, please contact us for a rate quote if you wish to purchase products shipped by Parcel. Canada Post Lettermail
Most lighter products, such as a few coin pages, stamp hinges, etc. are shipped via Lettermail in Canada. Once the weight exceeds 500 grams or the quantity limit we set, it switches to the flat parcel rate. For example, there is a limit on how many stamp hinges we will ship via Lettermail due to the high value on multiple quantities. Stamp supplements are shipped via Parcel because in some cases we cannot replace them if they get lost. If you increase your order to $99.00 before tax, your order will ship free within Canadian provinces. All parcel shipping is insured and we charge a reduced flat rate (see rates below).
Residents in territories do not qualify for free shipping due to the high shipping cost, however, you will receive a reduced rate quote, based on which territiory you live in.Lettermail rates are the same for every province and territory in Canada.US Customers: We are shipping to the United States. Canadian Customers (Canadian Addresses)
FREE Shipping* on any order $99 or more before applicable taxes (GST/HST) to most destinations in Canada. *Does not include the following territories: NT, NU, or YT. Our shipping rates remain a reduced flat rate depending on your province or territory. Items that are lighter in weight will be shipped Lettermail at the Canada Post posted Lettermail rates based on weight per package. The current rates are: Weight Total > 400g up to 500g = $7.36, > 300 = $6.85, > 200 = $5.98, > 100 = $4.29, > 50 = $2.61. Most items are greater than 50g because we pack everything very well. One postcard will ship for the lower rate because while we use a thick board for them, they are still light. Canada Post also has thickness restrictions and charges more for oversize mail. Therefore, weight is not the only consideration. Check the cart calculation for the shipping price. Some lighter items will still ship via parcel because we either have a limited quantity and cannot restock that particular item (eg. dated stamp supplements) or the item can become too high a value to ship uninsured.
$13 - $20 + tax parcel shipping to provinces in Canada under $99. Your order, regardless of size will have a flat rate which will not increase with any additional purchases on the same order. United States Customers (U.S. Addresses) - Our cart is currently not including shipping to addresses in the United States, however, please contact us for a rate quote.
On 29 Aug. 2025, the U.S. removed its de minimis threshold, meaning all Canadian shipments, regardless of value, will face tariffs and/or duties which are paid prior to your shipment entering your country. As such, purchase rates will be higher. If you are interested in a purchase via trackable parcel only, please contact us and we will send you the product cost and shipping rate in U.S. dollars. We are accepting PayPal only for U.S. shipments at this time. We will reduce your shipping rate slightly due to the fact that you will have to pay higher rates.
International Customers (outside Canada and the United States) - We are shipping International Letter Post for postcards to addresses outside of Canada through our cart (except to the US).
We do not offer flat rate shipping for destinations outside Canada, however, the rate will be a reduced rate. Please contact us if you wish to place an order via trackable parcel. We will quote you the shipping rate. We are accepting PayPal only for items shipped via Parcel international shipments at this time.
