The CUPW Rotating Strike
Beginning today, October 11-25, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers are engaging in rotating strikes. Canada Post is currently clearing the items that were held up during the strike. Once Canada Post accepts new items, we will add them to our list of carriers again. Please check back after October 14th for further announcements. All products that were previously shipped via Lettermail, Letter Post and International Letter Post are still being shipped via tracked parcel. Anything you add to the cart when purchasing those products will not increase your shipping. For Canadian provincial residents, if you put any item in the cart, select your province and click on the, "recalculate" button, you will see your maximum flat shipping rate. For residents in the territories, please contact us for a rate quote. For United States residents and other countries, please contact us for a rate quote.
We are shipping via alternate carriers for the duration.
Please consider small items as, "add-on" items as these small items must be shipped via parcel. "Add-on" items will count towards increasing your minimum threshold thereby bringing you closer to the $99 before tax shipping threshold to qualify for free shipping within Canadian provinces.
An example of how our shipping works: If you purchase a #151 Unimaster coin album at $18.95 and if you are in Ontario or Quebec, the shipping rate is $13.00 + applicable taxes (other provincial rates are shown in checkout in the cart or ballparked under, "Canada" below). If you wish to add an, "add-on" item such as a Unimaster 16-pocket page for $3.95, the shipping rate would not change. The total before tax would be $22.90, thereby bringing you closer to the $99 before tax shipping threshold to qualify for free shipping within Canadian provinces. If you were to add an additional $76.10 in any goods before tax, your order would have free shipping for Canadian provincial residents. Residents in territories do not qualify for free shipping due to the high shipping cost, however, you will receive a reduced rate quote, depending on which territiory you live in.
Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. address until Canada Post starts accepting new items. Please check out with a physical address for now.

Canadian Customers (Canadian Addresses)
FREE Shipping* on any order $99 or more before applicable taxes (GST/HST) to most destinations in Canada. *Does not include the following territories: NT, NU, or YT. Our shipping rates remain a reduced flat rate depending on your province or territory. For previous lettermail purchases, the price will be higher than the posted lettermail rates because we can only ship via parcel at this time. For example: a postcard has to be shipped via parcel until Canada Post starts receiving new items again.
$13 - $25 + tax parcel shipping to most provinces in Canada under $99. Your order, regardless of size will have a flat rate which will not increase with any additional purchases on the same order.
Shipping rates to territories will be higher, however, the rate will be reduced determined by your territory.
Lettermail (regular mail) is not an option for the duration of the strike.

United States Customers (U.S. Addresses) - Our cart is currently not including shipping to addresses in the United States, however, please contact us for a rate quote.

On 29 Aug. 2025, the U.S. removed its de minimis threshold, meaning all Canadian shipments, regardless of value, will face duties which are paid prior to your shipment entering your country. As such, purchase rates will be higher. If you are interested in a purchase via trackable parcel only, please contact us and we will send you the product cost and shipping rate in U.S. dollars. We are accepting PayPal only for USA shipments at this time. Our shipping rates are still a reduced flat rate with the price depending on which State you live in. For previous letter post purchases, the price will be higher than the posted letter post rates because we can only ship via parcel at this time. For example: a postcard has to be shipped via parcel during the postal strike.
International Customers (outside Canada and the United States) - We are currently not shipping to addresses outside of Canada through our cart. Once Canada Post accepts new items during the current rotating strikes, this option will be available in our cart again.
We do not offer flat rate shipping for destinations outside Canada and the United States, however, the rate will be a reduced rate. Please contact us if you wish to place an order via trackable parcel. We will quote you the shipping rate. We are accepting PayPal only for international shipments at this time.
